Lightweight Polypropylene Sheet

PP corrugated sheet is the most important material in the advertising and packaging industry, offering a wide range of colors and sizes for printing and packaging. It is lightweight, die cuttable, printable and easy to fabricate, providing the flexibility to achieve the design.

Packaging boxes and pallet containers made of pp corrugated sheet or pp honeycomb board are waterproof and moisture-proof, with greater strength and load capacity, more times of reuse and longer service life. In addition, we offer pp corrugated sheet with an anti-static finish, which allows electronic products avoid damage caused by electrostatic discharge during storage and transportation.

Hollow pp layer pad is lighter and more durable than MDF layer pad. The superior property of pp layer pad is that it is waterproof and can be washed directly with low maintenance. Thin pp flute sheet as a temporary protection covering for floor, walls, cabinets, windows and doors, can be easily cut to any size or shape by knife. It is reusable, resistant to corrosion, strong flexibility, not easy to split.

PP honeycomb board and PP bubble board are three-layer hollow plastic boards with a stable structure. The outer two layers are flat surfaces with a smooth or matte surface, and the middle layer is pressed by roller to form a three-dimensional honeycomb or bubble shape.

They have the outstanding performance of high impact resistance, strong bearing capacity, and recyclability, thus making them a common material used to manufacture logistics transport packaging and warehousing packaging, such as collapsible pallet box, reusable container, turnover box, flight case, electronic equipment box, etc. 

PP honeycomb board and PP bubble board are also very popular in the automotive industry, and are often used as floor covering, ceiling and wall liners for interior of vans, car trunk mats, trunk divider and truck bed liner. They are light in weight, stable in structure and strong in strength. While satisfying the function, they can reduce the weight of the car, thereby reducing gasoline and transportation costs.
